ACLS and BLS Combo Course Recertification 

Description

The ACLS Course is designed to teach you the lifesaving skills required to be both a team member and a Team Leader in either an in-hospital or out-of-hospital setting. Because the ACLS Course covers extensive material in a short time, you will need to prepare for the course beforehand.You will also be completing the requirements to obtain a Basic Life Support Provider course. 

You are required to have access to the 2020 Advanced Cardiac Life Support Provider Manual and BLS manual before, during, and after class. 

1. In-House Associate should get the required manuals from their units.
2. BMG must contact their Director/Manager/Educator to check out a textbook from their Unit's lending library.  

A MANDATORY Pre-course Self-Assessment must be completed with a passing score of 70% or above prior to admission to the classroom portion. If you have not completed the Self-Assessment, you will be asked to reschedule your class. This information can be found on the first page of your provider manual or in your confirmation email. Please follow this link and launch course then create an account to complete the pre-test. You only need to do the Pre-test, the videos are optional but strongly encouraged.

Class will be cancelled if less than 4 students are registered.

To take this class you must have a current AHA BLS card and AHA ACLS card. Instructor may ask to see current card
