Notes:	This Class is for Indiana University South Bend students, Faculty, and staff. Exact Elkhart location: 125 East Franklin St. Elkhart 46516 directly behind the Lerner Theater. Come inside large brick building with white columns on the front there is limited parking in back and a parking lot across the street. The classroom is upstairs in room A218 or as indicated TBD. Please bring cash for payment of the $25.00 certification cards will not be available until fee is paid. If the door is locked call 317-319-0865.

Community Basic Life Support (CPR) course fees are determined by the individual Instructor.  Course fees are to be paid directly to the Instructor.  Instructors are responsible to pay all related material fees to Training Center unless prior arrangements are made.  Please be aware that eCards will not be sent until the responsible Instructor has paid for the eCards and all related fees.
