Notes:	This class is open to Indiana University South Bend students, faculty, and staff. Please note: A minimum of three (3) students must be enrolled for the class to be held, per AHA 2025 guidelines. Location: The class will be held in the Parkside Building, Assessment Lab, second floor. Parking: There is a parking lot attached to the building; you may park there for the class. Please use the door at the east end of the building (near the parking lot) to enter. Payment: Please bring cash for payment. The fee is $35.00 Certification cards will not be issued until payment is received Day of Class: If the door is locked, please call 317-319-0865 for entry assistance. Community Basic Life Support (CPR) course fees are determined by the individual Instructor.  Course fees are to be paid directly to the Instructor.  Instructors are responsible to pay all related material fees to Training Center unless prior arrangements are made.  Please be aware that eCards will not be sent until the responsible Instructor has paid for the eCards and all related fees.
