Notes:	This Class is for Indiana University Dwyer School of Health Sciences students, Faculty, and staff. Exact Elkhart location: 125East Franklin St. Elkhart 46516 directly behind the Lerner Theater. Come inside large brick building with white columns on the front there is limited parking in back and a parking lot accross the street. The classroom is upstairs in room A218.

Community Basic Life Support (CPR) course fees are determined by the individual Instructor.  Course fees are to be paid directly to the Instructor.  Instructors are responsible to pay all related material fees to Training Center unless prior arrangements are made.  Please be aware that eCards will not be sent until the responsible Instructor has paid for the eCards and all related fees.
