This is strictly used for reserving your CPR materials and eCards for Community CPR/Heartsaver courses that are going to be taught at outside locations.  You may select the CPR/Heartsaver Paperwork and DVD, Manikins, and the correct number of cards that you will need for the number of students you will be teaching by selecting the correct items in the "Add On" section above.

 

NO Equipment will be given to instructors without receipt of payment.

Individual Instructors must schedule and pay for required equipment all Community CPR/Heartsaver courses prior to picking up equipment. Please choose from the following optional items:
